Data Deletion

We take your privacy seriously and treat your personal information with respect. If you’d like your personal data deleted, you can request this at any time. Below is how it works.

What we can delete or anonymize

  • Account details (e.g., name, email, addresses)
  • Order and support history
  • Marketing preferences and newsletter subscriptions

Please note: we may need to retain certain information to meet legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting). Such data will be restricted and not used for marketing.

How to request deletion

Send a request via:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you use with Amaizin
  • What you want deleted (e.g., “full deletion” or “unsubscribe from all marketing”)

To prevent misuse, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by replying from the registered email address).

How we handle your request

  1. Acknowledgement – We’ll confirm receipt within 7 days.
  2. Processing – We aim to complete your request within 30 days (as required under GDPR). If your request is complex, we may extend by up to 2 additional months and will let you know.
  3. Confirmation – Once completed, we’ll send a confirmation email. Where applicable, we’ll also inform relevant processors (e.g., payment, email, and analytics providers) to delete or anonymize your data.

What deletion means

After deletion, you may lose access to your account, order history, and certain services. Newsletter subscriptions will be terminated.
